We have our own stories of never feeling able to belong — to anything, anyone or anywhere — and perhaps you do as well. Maybe you’ve tried out many careers, many partners, many locations, many spiritual practices — and still, nothing has ever felt right, and you still don’t know why. Maybe you’ve repeatedly experienced discovering what was right for your body and spirit, but not been allowed to access it due to marginalisation and factors of structural injustice. Maybe you never had a chance to have a home; maybe your home was taken away from you; maybe you were forced to leave it; maybe it turned into something unbearable to be in and you’ve had no choice but to stay. We are not islands, but ecosystems

This is something you’ll hear us say a lot: that we work in partnership with the land. Also known as: nature, the more-than-human world, spirits of land and place, land spirits, ecological beings. This is our core practice methodology, including (especially) with those practices which are not explicitly “eco” nor “spiritual” on the surface.

It means: we are committed to being in mutually healthy & sustainable ecological relationships in our personal life. We don’t see ourselves as the ones “doing the healing” but facilitators of healing relationships with all that is greater or more-than ourselves. When you meet us online, we are joining not as individuals but also with our places. When we consider locations for hosting in-person events, we take great care to listen to the spirits of the space itself, about what kind of collaboration would be in alignment with their needs & nature.

    Walking alongside you as you bring your inquiries directly to the more-than-human-world. Individual support on questions of home, belonging, exile, meaning & purpose. Guidance on deepening your personal mindfulness and nature connection practice.

We have tried on & been given many different labels, in our personal as well as professional lives. Here are a few:

  • Personal: queer, trans, non-binary, immigrant, expat, international, global citizen, nomad, neurodivergent, highly sensitive

  • Professional: counsellor, consultant, coach, healer, guide, mentor, facilitator, shamanic practitioner

We have:

  • Had multiple careers

  • Lived in multiple countries

  • Learned multiple languages

  • Experienced the world through multiple sex and gender roles

We’re not here to give answers, but to hold compassionate space — by your side — in co-inquiry about your questions. We especially welcome the parts of you that have felt, or been told, that it somehow does not belong or cannot be welcomed by others.
